BeyondDefence (ByD) is a holistic self defence concept working on all aspects of the being cultivating deep self care. ByD is combining inner work with effective non-physical and physical self defence skills that are accessible for every woman.

This series of three workshops will teach simple and effective self defence tools and at the same time give a comprehensive understanding of specific threats for women and how to prevent and get out of them.
