Kundalini curious? In this powerful 4-week series, we will combine breath, movement and mantra to elevate the mind and spirit, increase flexibility, reduce tension, and strengthen the nervous system. The goal is to feel good! Each class will include a relaxation with healing gong bath followed by a meditation.
